Stone Valley Windows - Outstanding Quality & Superb Service
Renovation of a turn of the century terraced house in the Welsh valleys inevitably involves a good deal of mess and upheaval that may be alleviated or exacerbated by the skill of the artisans involved. Happily, our final project at home was investment in a traditional sliding sash bay window and Edwardian style composite front door from Stone Valley Windows and it could not have been more hassle-free. Louise Stone, Director of Stone Valley Windows, was knowledgeable, meticulous and attentive to every single request from our first meeting to our last and was still able to offer really competitive pricing. In due course, her fitters, Chris and Jim, were exemplary in the way they managed the project, displaying workmanship of the highest calibre. Moreover, communication throughout was superb and Louise and her team went above and beyond to ensure the window and door were exactly as we envisaged, demonstrating the genuinely personal touch that underpins the professionalism of this company at every level - a reassuring and welcome element to be commended in today’s all too corporate world. Stone Valley Windows have recently replaced two large sliding patio doors, a kitchen window and a back door.
From Louise initial visit we were impressed with her helpful advice and friendly manner. The fitters arrived at the expected time and were efficient and pleasant and left the site cleared and clean. The quote for the work was competitive and we are happy.
We would highly recommend this Company.

Amazing service from start to finish. As someone who wasn't sure what windows I wanted Louise went through everything with me and was very professional. I was kept informed of what was happening and when fitting would start etc. Chris and Jim who fitted windows were so quick working and done a superb job i am delighted. I would highly recommend stone valley windows. Really good price too.

Louise offers a very personal touch and her advise regarding style, materials, colours etc were gratefully received by us. Their prices are very competitive compared with other local firms that we had quotes from. The employees at Stone Valley Windows are exceptionally professional not just in the service they provided but their approach & appearance this included how diligently they all work. I have to mention our window fitters Dave & Ray who worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble. We will be using this company again for sure.

Very professional service.
Stone Valley were great when we were looking to purchase windows and a french door for a newly built garage. The initial consultation really helped us decide on the colour and style options that were suitable for our design. Measuring was done quickly and fitting was done by two great guys. I would definitely use this company again, and can’t recommend them highly enough.
